Caroline will be appearing in several events related to the book. Events already confirmed
are listed here and more will be added as they are organised. Copies of books will be
available for sale at all events.
Melbourne, Wednesday 19 th August 2026, 5.30pm for 6pm start
Venue: Maternity Care Space in Frances Perry House area of the Royal Women’s
Hospital, 55 Flemington Road, Parkville. Books supplied by Readings.
Geelong, Tuesday 25 th August 2026, 5.30pm for 6pm start
Venue: Western Beach Room, Deakin University (details of access to follow)Books
will be supplied by The Book Bird bookshop, Geelong.
Townsville, Wednesday 9 th September 2026 5pm for 5:30 pm start
Venue: Lecture Theatre 010, Building 134, Education Central, JCU
Townsville, Bebegu Yumba campus, Douglas
At this event the presentation of the book will be part of the annual JCU Social
Justice lecture which will be given by Caroline. Books will supplied for sale by
MaryWho bookshop, Townsville.
Cairns, Monday14 th September 2026, 5.30pm for 6pm start.
Venue: Cairns Hospital/JCU Auditorium, 2 nd Floor A block Cairns Hospital. Entry is
free, via the Sea Breeze or Mental Health Unit entrances to the hospital.
