Caroline de Costa's latest book Hail Caesar was shortlisted for the prestigious Queensland Premier's Literary awards.
The judges noted that Hail Caesar is:
"A lucid and important book on the issue surrounding caesarean birth that is arguably essential reading for any parent-to-be. It is notable for its even-handed, scientific and evidence based explanations, and is likely to take a key place in the library of many parents, GPs and obstetricians."
